U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission data showed that, in the week ended June 9, stock fund managers reduced their net long positions in CME S&P 500 index futures by 5,095 contracts to 980,112 contracts.
According to Jin10, equity-related speculative traders reduced their net short positions in CME S&P 500 index futures by 48,536 contracts to 437,047 contracts.
