SpaceX President Gwynne Shotwell said she does not expect a large number of employees to cash out and resign after seeing gains from the company’s listing.

According to Odaily, the IPO generated wealth for many SpaceX employees, with some making substantial profits. The report said employees had accumulated significant amounts of company stock at low prices before the IPO issue price was set at $135 per share.

In an interview, Shotwell said the company already has many employees with considerable personal wealth who continue to work. She added that those unwilling to keep striving were not suited to remain at the company.
