Binance asks UK court to dismiss most of the conspiracy lawsuit brought by BSV Claims

Binance has asked the UK's Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) to dismiss much of a conspiracy lawsuit brought by BSV Claims against Binance and three other cryptocurrency exchanges, which removed the token in 2019 in what BSV Claims considers collusive anticompetitive conduct. BSV holders "could reasonably sell and reinvest it in similar cryptocurrencies," said Brian Kennelly, a lawyer at Binance, and other defendants in the case include Bittylicious, Kraken and Shapeshift.
