A Bank of America Global Research analyst forecast that the total addressable market for server CPUs will rise from $35 billion in 2025 to more than $170 billion by 2030, a fourfold increase.
According to Odaily, analyst Vivek Arya said the projection is well above the bank’s prior estimate of a $125 billion server CPU market in 2030.
In his report, Arya wrote that the rise of agentic AI is accelerating demand, expanding CPU market opportunities and benefiting Intel, AMD, and Arm-based competitors.
