Logory Logistics (2490) said it placed 42.1536 million shares at HK$3.30 each, a discount of about 17.09% to the previous day’s price. According to Ming Pao, the new shares represent about 6.86% of the enlarged share capital and the placement is expected to raise net proceeds of about HK$137 million.
