据 ChainCatcher 报道，Galaxy Digital研究主管Alex Thorn在X平台称，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）已提议废除Reg NMS第611条（订单保护规则）及第610条（e）（锁定/交叉市场限制）。第611条要求交易中心避免以劣于其他交易所保护报价的价格成交。
Alex Thorn表示，第611条是代币化股票在DeFi交易的障碍之一，自动做市商难以遵守，相关流动性池可能持续违规。其称，若废除第611条，将以“最佳执行”原则替代，适用于经纪商层面，并称该提议与SEC的“加密项目”计划相关。
