Global crypto ETPs post $2.39B May outflows; AUM falls to $141.1B

Global digital-asset investment products swung to $2.39 billion of net outflows in May, reversing $1.79 billion of net inflows in April, as assets under management fell to $141.1 billion from $158.7 billion. According to CoinDesk, U.S.-listed vehicles accounted for almost the entire $2.37 billion redemption and still held $119.2 billion in AUM, about 84.5% of the global total. TrackInsight data showed outflows concentrated in bitcoin- and ether-linked products, while some altcoin exposures led by XRP, Hyperliquid and Solana drew net inflows.
