据金十数据引述36氪报道，近日，京东MALL引入首批实习机器人员工，覆盖迎宾、导购、理货、咨询等岗位。
其中，理货岗机器人可完成商品上架、货品规整、杂物收纳、床铺整理等标准化运营工作，基于JoyAI-RA模型单品上架成功率突破90%。
据了解，京东于2026年初正式启动“智能机器人产业加速计划2.0”，加速布局机器人解决方案平台。
