港交所刘颖：招股书300页要求可达标但内容仍有缺失

港交所董事总经理兼首次公开招股审查联席主管刘颖表示，近期港交所收到的上市申请中，招股书内容不超过300页的要求虽然能够达到，但申请人缺乏部分需要提供的内容，未能充分利用300页限制。据明报报道，香港证监会1月底发出通函，要求上市文件内容合共不超过300页。
