投资孵化公司 Y Combinator 发推称，其对美国《CLARITY Act》法案通过委员会感到兴奋，并认为未来所有 YC 公司都将使用加密技术，如稳定币等。
据 Foresight News 报道，Y Combinator 表示，区块链可实现低成本、即时、全球 24/7 的资产转移，并通过开放 API 让任何人都能在其上构建应用。
报道还称，《CLARITY Act》通过明确数字资产的证券与商品属性、建立 CFTC 注册路径以及保障用户资产在破产时的权益，为银行、经纪商、托管方等提供合规框架，使初创公司能够进行构建。
该法案与《GENIUS Act》共同构成监管框架，涉及全球薪酬即时结算、市场快速清算、SaaS 跨境收款等应用。
