Paradex said a Discord account belonging to an external community moderator was compromised and used to post a malicious announcement.
According to Foresight News, Paradex said it has regained access to the affected account, reduced overall permissions for external community moderators, and is revising related role policies.
Paradex said external community moderators do not have access to its production systems, infrastructure, user funds, or internal operations systems. It added that no team member accounts were compromised and that user funds and core systems were not affected.
