据报道，美国联邦检察官已向摩根大通、美国银行和富国银行发出传票，调查涉及三家美国大型银行的“去银行化”问题。
据 NS3 报道，传票要求银行提供被关闭账户的个人名单，以及对账户关闭原因的说明。
检方正在审查相关终止账户行为是否违反1989年《金融机构改革、复苏与执法法》。
报道称，目前尚无银行因此被起诉，美国司法部相关办公室也未就调查范围或时间表作出公开声明。
