On June 5th, the London Court of Appeal held a hearing on the proceedings against the removal of BSV from multiple exchanges. BSV Claims Ltd asked the six defendants to pay BSV holders $9 billion in compensation for missing growth opportunities, while the defendants argued that the holders of BSV tokens were not locked, so they could sell and buy other cryptocurrencies at any time, so they should not be compensated. The deadline for the case is three days.
