Robinhood (HOOD) disclosed an insider purchase of about $20 million, with director Meyer Malka buying 250,000 shares at about $81 each, Futurum Equities chief market strategist Shay Boloor said in a post on X.
According to Odaily, the purchase brought Malka’s total holdings to 8 million shares. Boloor added that over the past week, Malka has bought more than $50 million worth of HOOD stock in total.
At the time of reporting, HOOD was quoted at $89.36, up 6.67% on the day.
