Binance to Run XAUT Spot Trading Tournament With 400,000 USDC Voucher Pool

According to the announcement from Binance, the exchange is set to launch a Tether Gold (XAUT) spot trading tournament with a total prize pool of 400,000 USDC in token vouchers, alongside a separate limited-period “Sprint Reward” program that can be earned in addition to the main rewards. The Promotion Period is scheduled for 2026-06-10 10:00 (UTC) to 2026-06-17 10:00 (UTC). Binance said participation is open to all verified new users, regular users, and all Binance VIP users, while liquidity providers in the Binance Spot Liquidity Provider Program and Binance Brokers are not eligible. To qualify for rewards, users must register and reach at least 500 USD equivalent in total trading volume across the eligible pairs during the Promotion Period. Eligible spot trading pairs are XAUT/USDT and XAUT/USDC.

Main Reward Structure: Binance said rankings will be based on cumulative trading volume during 2026-06-10 10:00 (UTC) to 2026-06-17 10:00 (UTC). Rewards include 20,000 USDC for 1st place, 16,000 USDC for 2nd, 12,000 USDC for 3rd, 8,000 USDC for 4th, and 4,000 USDC for 5th. Additional tiers include equal-split pools for 6th–20th (36,000 USDC), 21st–50th (32,000 USDC), 51st–200th (56,000 USDC), 201st–1,000th (56,000 USDC), and all remaining eligible participants (80,000 USDC total), capped at 5 USDC per user. Sprint Reward Structure: Round 1 runs 2026-06-10 10:00 (UTC) to 2026-06-12 10:00 (UTC) and Round 2 runs 2026-06-12 10:01 (UTC) to 2026-06-14 10:00 (UTC), with each round awarding 12,000 USDC to 1st, 10,000 USDC to 2nd, 8,000 USDC to 3rd, 6,000 USDC to 4th, and 4,000 USDC to 5th. Binance said token vouchers will be distributed by 2026-07-01 and will expire within 21 days after distribution.
