South Korea’s Digital Asset Exchange Alliance (DAXA) and registered domestic virtual asset service providers (VASPs) identified 12 illegal virtual asset businesses in their first joint investigation.
According to NS3.AI, the entities included illegal over-the-counter exchanges that charged fees up to 62 times higher than those on regulated domestic exchanges.
