财政部称不禁止在非托管钱包中持有加密货币，但从合法俄罗斯加密存管机构和兑换商提取资产时，只能提取至完成客户身份验证的托管钱包，且无法从俄罗斯托管钱包向境外非托管钱包发送加密资产。
该国政府加密货币法案已通过国家杜马一读，正在准备二读。新版本可能包括对特定加密货币（包括 USDT）的额外交易费用。Chebeskov 还称，可考虑在法律实施后开展实验性立法试点。
