The Avalanche Foundation has appointed former IOHK head of operations Marta Szluinska as its chief operating officer (COO).
According to Foresight News, Szluinska previously led operational delivery for Midnight, overseeing the project from initial concept through mainnet launch and token distribution.
The foundation said Szluinska has worked across startups, a national innovation center, and large enterprises, with experience spanning intelligent transportation, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure.
