SF Holding (6936) said conditions were met for a transaction involving its overseas wholly owned subsidiary subscribing to newly issued B-class shares of J&T Express (1519) and the issuance of new H shares to J&T Express. According to Ming Pao, the deal completed settlement on June 9, 2026.
