Zodia Custody has obtained a payment institution license from Luxembourg regulator the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), allowing it to provide EU custody and transfer services for electronic money tokens.
According to NS3.AI, the company said the approval expands its existing Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) license.
Zodia Custody said it serves institutional clients and holds regulatory permissions in several jurisdictions.
