恒指昨日回落至24565点，KGI凯基国际财富管理首席投资总监梁启棠维持今年底恒指见3万点的预测，称年初提及的利好因素至今未变。据明报报道，他表示本轮升势主要由资金流带动，若全球股市下半年波动增加，亚洲或成全球资金避风港，港股有望受惠。
针对中国大陆收紧个人违规跨境投资，梁启棠认为港股有南向通机制，相关措施对港股影响不大。
