Volodymyr Nosov has acquired a significant stake in Dutch automaker Spyker, and the company will join the W Group ecosystem.
According to NS3.AI, W Group and Spyker plan to launch Spyker Digital, a venture focused on digital infrastructure and ownership solutions for the premium automotive sector.
Spyker also plans to debut the C8 Preliator XXV at The Quail on August 14.
