According to the announcement from Binance, the exchange will adjust the tick size, defined as the minimum change in unit price, for multiple USDⓈ-M Perpetual Futures contracts to increase market liquidity and improve users’ trading experience. The changes are scheduled across several times, starting at 2026-06-10 06:30 (UTC) and continuing through 2026-06-15 07:20 (UTC). Binance said the tick size update will not affect existing orders; orders placed before the update will continue to be matched using the original tick size. The notice was released under Binance Exchange Rule 17.
Tick Size Changes and Schedule: At 2026-06-10 06:30 (UTC), tick sizes will change for XAIUSDT from 0.00001 to 0.000001; BREVUSDT from 0.0001 to 0.00001; NFPUSDT from 0.00001 to 0.000001; SXTUSDT from 0.00001 to 0.000001; BELUSDT from 0.0001 to 0.00001; ARBUSDT from 0.0001 to 0.00001; ARBUSDC from 0.0001 to 0.00001; 币安人生USDT from 0.00001 to 0.0001; and BTWUSDT from 0.000001 to 0.00001. On 2026-06-15, SKLUSDT will change at 06:30 (UTC) from 0.00001 to 0.000001; KAVAUSDT at 06:40 (UTC) from 0.0001 to 0.00001; IOTAUSDT at 06:50 (UTC) from 0.0001 to 0.00001; PEOPLEUSDT at 07:00 (UTC) from 0.00001 to 0.000001; 1000XECUSDT at 07:10 (UTC) from 0.00001 to 0.000001; and ROSEUSDT at 07:20 (UTC) from 0.00001 to 0.000001.
Temporary Trading Suspension and Status Updates: Binance said trading will be suspended for SKLUSDT from 2026-06-15 06:30 (UTC) to 2026-06-15 06:31 (UTC); KAVAUSDT from 2026-06-15 06:40 (UTC) to 2026-06-15 06:41 (UTC); IOTAUSDT from 2026-06-15 06:50 (UTC) to 2026-06-15 06:51 (UTC); PEOPLEUSDT from 2026-06-15 07:00 (UTC) to 2026-06-15 07:01 (UTC); 1000XECUSDT from 2026-06-15 07:10 (UTC) to 2026-06-15 07:11 (UTC); and ROSEUSDT from 2026-06-15 07:20 (UTC) to 2026-06-15 07:21 (UTC). During these windows, users will not be able to place new orders or cancel or modify existing orders, and contract status will change from “TRADING” to “PENDING_TRADING.” Binance added that API tick sizes and status can be queried via GET /fapi/v1/exchangeInfo.
