Ceffu Secures Financial Services License in Bhutan's Gelephu Mindfulness City

Ceffu has been granted a full Financial Services License by the Gelephu Financial Services Office in Gelephu Mindfulness City, Bhutan, Ceffu announced, converting an in-principle approval received in March 2026 into a full authorization. The license covers three regulated activities: institutional-grade digital asset custody, dealing in investments as agent, and arranging credit for institutional clients. CEO Ian Loh said the approval marks "an important milestone in Ceffu's regulatory and institutional growth journey" and positions the firm to serve asset managers, trading firms, and fintech platforms seeking regulated digital asset access in the GMC special administrative region.
