天马影视前主席、商人黄栢鸣（艺名黄百鸣）因2017年怂使胞妹买入天马影视（现称传递娱乐）股份，被裁定涉及内幕交易罪成。 据明报报道，西九龙裁判处裁判官高伟雄判处黄栢鸣监禁5个月，并罚款99720元，另需支付涉及证监会调查费用37.4万元；黄栢鸣一方表示有意申请上诉。
