先机企业（0176）称，集团收到恒生银行发出的数封催款函，并获告知接管人已强制出售其抵押于恒生银行的信德中心西座若干物业。据明报报道，强制出售所得款项中约4978万元及7548万元，已分别用于抵消公司两笔所欠定期贷款未偿还本金及利息。
