Asterix has confirmed its contract was attacked and said it is investigating the root cause and preparing a full post-incident report.

According to Foresight News, SlowMist founder Yu Xian said on social media that the Asterix attack closely resembles the method used in the Flooring Protocol attack yesterday.

Yu said the core issue involves an overflow reuse vulnerability tied to shift operations on high-order NFT IDs in underlying protocols such as DN404 and BT404. He added that the attacker appears to be systematically searching for shared vulnerabilities across similar protocols.
