WuXi AppTec (2359) said the U.S. Department of Defense mistakenly included the company on its updated official list of “Chinese military companies” identified under Section 1260H. According to Ming Pao, WuXi AppTec said it will immediately take steps to challenge and correct the erroneous designation.
