Strategy shareholders approved a proposal to change the dividend payment frequency for the company’s STRC preferred stock to a semi-monthly schedule, according to Michael Saylor.
According to Foresight News, Saylor said in a post that the proposal passed at a shareholder meeting.
Under the approved change, dividend distributions will shift from the current frequency to semi-monthly payments.
