据Odaily星球日报报道，其称英特尔只负责封装工作，逻辑芯片仍由台积电生产。
此前消息称，谷歌向英特尔下了超过300万片TPU的订单，谷歌和英伟达考虑将英特尔列为备用芯片制造合作伙伴。英特尔最高上涨至113美元，现回落至107美元。
