Bitdeer said its chief operating officer, Chao Suo, and chief business officer, Linghui Kong, resigned on June 8 for personal reasons, according to a 6-K filing submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

According to Foresight News, the company stated the departures were not due to any disagreement with Bitdeer regarding its operations, policies, or practices, and that both executives will remain with the company, though their specific roles were not disclosed.

Kong previously served as Bitdeer’s CEO and became chief business officer after founder Wu Jihan took over as CEO in March 2024. Suo was appointed COO in September 2024.

Bitdeer also said it appointed Michael G. Potter as chief financial officer in May.
