比特币矿企 Bitdeer 向美 SEC 提交的 6-K 文件显示，公司首席运营官 Chao Suo 及首席商务官 Linghui Kong 均已于 6 月 8 日以个人原因辞去职务。
据 Foresight News 报道，公司称两人离职并非因与公司在运营、政策或实践方面存在分歧，且将继续留任公司，但未披露具体职位。
Linghui Kong 此前曾担任 Bitdeer CEO，2024 年 3 月创始人吴忌寒接任 CEO 后转任 CBO；Chao Suo 于 2024 年 9 月出任 COO。此外，Bitdeer 于今年 5 月已任命 Michael G. Potter 接任 CFO。
