The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has proposed allowing authorized investment funds to invest up to 10% of their assets in crypto exchange-traded notes (ETNs). According to NS3.AI, the proposal would apply to UCITS public funds and most non-UCITS retail investment funds.
Under the plan, eligible funds would be permitted to allocate a capped portion of their portfolios to crypto ETNs, with the limit set at 10% of assets.
