Mimi's Lifestyle (8473) issued a profit alert, forecasting net profit for the year ending March 2026 to rise about 145% year on year. According to Ming Pao, the increase is mainly due to gains booked from the disposal of properties in Japan and the U.S., with the disposals completed in line with the terms of the respective sale and purchase agreements as set out in the company’s Sept. 12 circular last year.
