NAVI Protocol said it will gradually move some assets in its platform’s main market to separate isolated markets over four weeks starting June 8.
According to Foresight News, the assets involved in the migration include xAUM, CETUS, HAEDAL, NS, BLUE, and IKA.
During the migration, NAVI Protocol said that from week 1 it will progressively reduce the main market’s supply caps, borrowing caps, and loan-to-value ratios for the affected assets. It added that new deposits for those assets will no longer be accepted, and existing loans can remain but users will not be able to increase their borrowing.
From week 3, NAVI Protocol said liquidation thresholds will begin to be lowered. It noted that users who do not adjust their positions may see their health factors decline and could face liquidation risk.
NAVI Protocol advised users to check their positions early and migrate to the corresponding new markets to avoid added pressure in the final stage.
