Richard Li has increased his stake in FWD Group (1828) to 66.13% after additional share purchases on June 2, 3 and 4. according to Ming Pao, equity disclosure filings show he bought 9,300 shares, 123,700 shares and 9,500 shares at average prices of HK$30.166, HK$29.7905 and HK$29.8821, lifting his holding from 66.12% to 66.13%.
