Seres Automobile Co., Ltd. has updated its corporate registration, with Zhang Xinghai stepping down as chair and Zhang Zhengping taking over, alongside changes to several key executives.
According to Jin10, the Qichacha app showed the recent business registration changes.
Qichacha information said Seres Automobile was established in September 2012 with registered capital of about 10.64 billion yuan (106.4亿). Its business scope includes internet information services, Category I value-added telecommunications services, and Category II value-added telecommunications services. The company is jointly held by Seres and the National Development and Reform Fund for Manufacturing Transformation and Upgrading (Limited Partnership), among others.
