Shenzhen Romoss Technology Co., Ltd. has changed its business registration, with founders Lei Guibin and Lei Canhuo no longer listed among the company’s shareholders.
According to Jin10, corporate records on the Tianyancha app show the two were Romoss’s original founding shareholders and each initially held a 50% stake.
The records also show that on May 22 this year, both founders significantly reduced their holdings. Lei Guibin’s stake fell to 4.9%, while Lei Canhuo’s stake declined to 5%.
