据金十数据引述界面报道，天眼查APP显示，深圳罗马仕科技有限公司近日发生工商变更，创始人雷桂斌、雷灿伙退出股东行列。
罗马仕的创始股东分别为雷桂斌和雷灿伙，公司创立之初两人持股比例分别为50%。今年5月22日，两人均大幅减持，其中雷桂斌持股比例降至4.9%，雷灿伙持股比例降至5%。
