Bitcoin swung with Middle East headlines on Sunday evening, June 7, after Israel struck sites in south Beirut linked to Hezbollah and Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said it carried out “warning strikes.” According to BeInCrypto, Bitcoin briefly slipped from $62,000 to $61,200 before reversing as President Donald Trump said he “calls the shots” and that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will have “no choice” but to accept a US deal with Iran.

Trump said he urged Netanyahu not to retaliate, criticized Israel’s strikes as uncoordinated with the US, and said the deal was “almost complete” and expected at the start of the new business week.
