美国德州证券委员会（TSSB）已对 BG Wealth Sharing LTD 及其关联加密交易平台 DSJ Exchange 发布紧急停止令。
据 Foresight News 报道，TSSB 称其涉嫌通过 AI 加密交易信号和多级营销模式向德州投资者招揽未注册证券，并承诺高额回报。
TSSB 表示，该项目使用虚假仪表盘展示利润，投资者无法提现后又被要求支付额外费用。
TSSB 指控相关方涉嫌未注册证券发行、未注册经纪/代理活动及欺诈性销售行为。
