据 ChainCatcher 报道，美 SEC 官方发文称，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）交易与市场部主任 Jamie Selway 在 Piper Sandler 全球交易所与金融科技大会上表示，主席 Paul Atkins 已指示该部门推进证券代币化上市与交易框架建设，指导原则为“在不制造监管套利的前提下推动创新”。
