CME’s FedWatch tool showed markets pricing a 96.4% probability that the Federal Reserve would keep interest rates unchanged through June, with a 3.6% probability of cumulative 25-basis-point rate cuts.
According to Jin10, the tool also showed an 88.5% probability that the Fed would keep rates unchanged through July, alongside an 8.2% probability of cumulative 25-basis-point rate hikes and a 3.2% probability of cumulative 25-basis-point rate cuts.
