Underwriters for SpaceX’s planned $75 billion initial public offering were instructed not to accept subscription orders from investors in mainland China and Hong Kong.

According to NS3.AI, the restriction reportedly also applies to private banking clients and is linked to regulatory and compliance risks.

The report said the move reflects concerns tied to U.S. restrictions on exports of critical technologies.
