诺基亚宣布在其欧元中期票据计划下完成5亿欧元优先无担保票据发行，票据将于2032年6月5日到期，固定年息票率为3.625%，并已申请在泛欧交易所都柏林受监管市场挂牌上市。
据Odaily星球日报报道，诺基亚表示，本次发行所得净收益将用于一般公司用途，包括依据赎回条款提前偿还其现有5亿欧元、票面利率3.125%、于2028年5月到期的未偿票据。
