Nokia announced it has completed the issuance of €500 million in senior unsecured notes under its Euro Medium Term Note program, with the notes maturing on June 5, 2032, and carrying a fixed annual coupon rate of 3.625%. According to Odaily, Nokia has applied for the notes to be listed on the regulated market of Euronext Dublin.
Nokia said the net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including the early repayment, under redemption terms, of its outstanding €500 million notes with a 3.125% coupon that mature in May 2028.
