香港拟2027年3月1日起修订结算规则

香港证监会与香港金管局就修订《结算规则》下的场外衍生工具交易规定发表联合谘询总结。据Odaily星球日报报道，香港证监会与香港金管局将着手进行立法程序，把有关建议修订引入《结算规则》，并计划在 2027 年 3 月 1 日起实施有关修订。
