英伟达AI服务器内存配置大幅缩水

据Odaily星球日报报道，SemiAnalysis 最新研报指出，英伟达下一代 AI 服务器集群 Rubin NVL72 的单机柜容量从原计划的 55TB 降至 28TB，缩水约 50%。此调整是为应对供应链紧张，采用了 96GB 的 SOCAMM 内存模块，取代之前的 192GB 高配模块。内存概念股票如美光、海力士等承压下跌。SemiAnalysis 创始人兼 CEO Dylan Patel 表示，原报告并未采用引诱订阅的标题。
