NewGenIVF Invests Additional $4 Million in K25.ai, Valuing Platform at $100 Million

NewGenIVF Group Limited, a Nasdaq-listed company, has announced an additional $4 million strategic investment in the AI-native live prediction platform K25.ai. According to Odaily, this increases the company's total investment in the project to $6 million. Following this investment round, K25.ai's implied valuation has reached $100 million. As part of the strategic collaboration, K25.ai's founder and CEO, Andy Cheung, along with two co-founders, will join the NewGenIVF board. The newly raised funds will be fully allocated to platform development, aiming to accelerate the integration of AI technology with live streaming, digital assets, and prediction market businesses.
