DRAM与NAND合约价格5月上涨

据Odaily星球日报报道，伯恩斯坦最新月度追踪报告显示，DRAM与NAND合约价格在5月继续环比上涨。报告指出，2026年第二季度DRAM合约价格预计较第一季度上涨64%，NAND混合均价涨幅约为60%。伯恩斯坦预计，随着消费端需求破坏效应显现，价格涨势将在2026年第三季度放缓。评级方面，伯恩斯坦对三星电子、SK海力士、美光及闪迪维持跑赢大市评级，对铠侠维持跑输大市评级。
